Turnkey Services

 We are equipped to perform all activities necessary to complete any method of bore from start to finish, including offloading pipe on-site, excavating pits, preparing pipe for installation via sand blasting and coating, handling pipe-side activities, performing the boring operations, and backfilling excavations.

Auger Bore

 We provide auger boring services from 12” to 72” in pipe diameter, up to + / -600 LF depending on pipe size, ground conditions, and piloting abilities. This method is successful in ground conditions ranging from soft soils to hard rock. Auger boring is a trenchless installation where a casing or sacrificial pipe is jacked into a surface using a cutter head to remove the ground at the front of a
while rotating auger inside the pipe to remove the cuttings toward the entry location.

Guided Bore

We provide guided auger boring services from 10” to 72” in pipe diameter, up to + / - 800 LF depending largely on ground conditions. A guided bore is an auger bore additionally utilizing a small-diameter pilot and a pilot rig to not only ensure line and grade but to also assist with pipe installation if required.

Slick Bore

We provide slick boring services from 1” to 42” in pipe diameter, up to + / - 1200 LF depending on pipe size and ground conditions.

 Conventional Bore

Conventional Bore is an ambiguous term. Depending on the owner or permit, Conventional Bore can describe a typical jack and bore, a slick bore, or a combination of both. We always work with utility owners and the state to utilize the safest agreed-upon method within their guidelines

 Jack and Bore

Jack and Bore is a term used differently by various industries, but usually refers to either a typical auger bore, or a guided auger bore. We provide this service using the method agreed upon by utility owners and the state.
